Your first guest was mistaken

Your first guest was mistaken by saying the FBI always provides their dupes with inert explosives. In 1993 the FBI dreamed up and orchestrated the first bombing of the World Trade Center. The main informant, Salem, wanted the FBI to provide a fake bomb, but the FBI provided the chemicals for a real bomb; 11 people died from the explosion and damage of the WTC and 1,000 were injured.
