Difficult Cases Against Police Officers and Sins Invalid

First on today’s show Mitch Jeserich talks to John Burris about Ferguson and the dropped case of Michael Brown’s death. The Justice Department released a report outlining numerous racist practices by the Ferguson Police Department, including the violation of people’s First and Fourth Amendment Rights. However the Attorney General announced that the case on Michael Brown’s death is dropped. We will explore the legal difficulties in bringing cases against police officers with long time Civil Rights Attorney John Burris.
