Reyna Cowan interviews documentary filmmaker Yoruba Richen about her new film The New Black questioning the idea that homophobia is prominent in the African American community. The film shows at Frameline. Also interviewed is Agnes Godard world-renowned French cinematographer whose films are showing at Pacific Film Archive.
