You forgot to bring up AB26. AB26 is bill that would include the craft unions, the workers that built the refinery. We were under cut by very low paid workers that at the time we called scabs because they cross our picket lines. As a Boilermaker, I worked at 72% of our union wage for 15 years. I think if our contractors were still doing all the repair work over the last twenty years, there would not have been many the burns in past years. Labor cost in refinerys is only 7%.
