So, a reciprocity network of off the books intelligence operatives in service to the Overstate (politically manipulative rich) carries out what we perceive as terrorists acts in one another's nation states. The purpose is to quiesce and intimidate the general populace. That is why I laugh bitterly and ironically each time our NPR stations brag that "thought leaders and opion-makers" listen, and might buy the products and services of underwriters. Notice that Pacifica makes no such claims.
