While KPFA tries to maintain a comprehensive archive of programs for our internet audience, there are some restrictions to our online archives.

All Programs with Music content:

All programs with more than 30 seconds of copyrighted music will only be archived for 14 days on kpfa.org.

Syndicated Programming:

The Pacifica contract with Al Jazeera English stipulates that the news on our site remain fresh. Thus we can only archive AJE shows for only 24 hours. No downloading or podcasting is allowed under our contract.

Some programs are not produced by KPFA, and the station does not necessarily have the rights to provide an archive of the show. For example, we are not allowed to archive 'Joe Frank' at all.
