On Saturday, July 13, 2013 the Berkeley NAACP, the ACLU Berkeley North East Bay, AABPCN, Coalition for A Safe Berkeley and SEUI 1021-BMC are hosting a Town Hall Meeting to discuss the status of African Americans, low-income families and marginalized communities in Berkeley. The focus of the meeting will be on inequities, disparities and discrimmination in the areas of employment, education, housing, health/ mental health and criminal justice.
