Empower yourself and your loved ones by preparing for the eventual end of life.
Explore options—possible decisions you and/or your loved ones can make now and may
not be able to make nearer death. Living well includes preparing for a compassionate death.
The workshop will include:
• an overview of the key end of life issues • critical health decision making
• resolving family differences • advanced directives • home funerals and ecological burials
• extensive discussion of your questions • time to fill out forms such as designating your Health Care Power of Attorney.
Each participant will receive a packet with facts about dying, costs, green burials, home funerals, Advanced Directives, DNRs and Living Wills.
Led by Ann-Ellice Parker, CEO of Seasons of Change and death education counselor dedicated to providing safe spaces for courageous discussions about death and dying.
