When is KPFA going to produce

When is KPFA going to produce a show that caters to Latino Americas like myself, people who don't speak fluent Spanish but who are extremely proud of their Latino heritage. I'm getting really frustrated that their are Zero radio shows out their that are centered on the Latino people politics that mainly affect Latinos and that I are in English so that I can participate.  I guess what I'm trying to say is where is my Hard Knock Radio News? I'm pretty sure that most African Americans would probably be upset and tune out if hard knock radio guest and hosts only spoke some african language like Kenyan? I have many African American friends who can trace their roots back to Kenya, and I ask them all the time if they would listen to a radio show about African Americans if everyone only spoke Kenyan. My friends mainly all give me some weird look and say probably not. This is exactly how I feel, I mean don't get me wrong I love the Spanish language and Spanish romance music. But when it comes to news current events and politics I'm still waiting for a KPFA produced radio program that is for the non Spanish speaking Latino like myself. I would love it if it can get a prime time spot like hard knock radio news, and I would also love it if it could be hosted by Latinos who understand and are sympathetic to the the Latino/a plyte. This is why I can think of none other than Juan Gonzales to host this show. For years I use to contribute/pledge 120.00 to 160.00 dollars to my favorite show the morning show. But now I'm at a point where I not seeing my money being used to produce any shows that speak for Non Spanish speaking Mexican American Latinos like myself. And I know their are millions of us out their b/c in the 80's when I was growing up my mother made a consciouse decision to raise me with English as a primary language and with the hopes that I would eventually pick up on Spanish. Well 33 yrs later I'm still waiting bro pick up on spanish. In closing I just want to say I work Monday through Friday as a full time hyperbaric tech and wound care nurse. I'm at a point in my life where I can afford to contribute quarterly to a cause that I believe in. And at this point I'm not going to contribute another dime of my hard earned money to KPFA until they can produce such a program for what I believe is a majority of their local listeners must be Latino American at least here in California.

Good show

Love the show
