"These are the voices," she says, "that have brought you half a century of radio arts and history, drama, poetry, philosophy, readings, reviews, and musings over the airwaves." You’ll hear, among many other voices, those of Maya Angelou, Anne Sexton, Langston Hughes, Dylan Thomas, Claire Bloom, Pablo Neruda, Jaime de Angulo, Bob and Ray, Pauline Kael (on Lawrence of Arabia!), Bette Davis, Sonia Sanchez, Yoko Ono and Margaret Mead. You’ll hear the hilarious Firesign Theater doing "Ducktown: A Documentary." You’ll hear the voice of Lewis Hill, founder of KPFA. He would end each evening’s broadcasting with a poem-to send us all to dreamland.
