The Morning Show will examine the possible confirmation of Michael Mukasey to be the next Attorney General with Michael Ratner, President of the Center for Constitutional Rights and Ted Frank, head of the Legal Center for the Public Interest at the American Enterprise Institute. Next the San Francisco Ballot will be discussed with Steve Jones, City Editor of the SF Bay Guardian Randy Shaw, Director of the Tenderloin Housing Clinic.

New hate crimes in West Virginia, and the story of Meagan Williams a rape victim will be discussed. The program wraps up with Michael Shellenberger and Ted Nordhaus who wrote the book, "Break Through: From the Death of Environmentalism to the Politics of Possibility"
